Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Molecular Biology or a related field PLUS 1 year of experience in a GMP environment.br br Must have Demonstrated experience with Cell Therapies; Demonstrated experience working in a GMP environment; Demonstrated technical knowledge in aseptic technique to work as a liaison between Manufacturing and Process Development teams; Demonstrated willingness to be trained in new techniques; Demonstrated ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures; Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask, problemsolve, prioritize assignments, and adjust priorities to meet goals in a fastpaced environment; Demonstrated effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Demonstrated experience with GMP document creationrevision; Demonstrated experience with gene editing processes; Demonstrated experience with Excel and Microsoft Office applications; and Demonstrated experience with Quality Management Systems. Unless otherwise indicated, employer is seeking ability in skills listed above with no specific amount of years of experience required. All experience can be gained concurrently. Must be willing and able to travel between Cambridge and Waltham locations.
