The position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering Management or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.br br 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is requiredbr br 1.Managing a fullscale insourced facilities or project management team tasked with delivering exceptional results in a fiscally responsible manner;br 2.Improve portfolio through Tenant Improvement projects;br 3.Building system and functions in order to deliver projects;br 4.Ability to balance the tradeoffs between operational risk and investment, constantly seeking the highest quality and design at the best value;br 5.Ability to oversee ground up construction and tenant improvement projects;br 6.Experience building and maintaining relationships with facility operation, maintenance services companies, utility companies, government agencies, architectural design firms, and general contracting firms.
