Requires four 4 years of experience in the electrical field Designing, including the control and protection of 1. power substations and 2. Distributionrelated equipment, Variable Speed Drives; Interpreting and updating the following electrical studies to take proper actions at plant or design level 1. Arc flash 2. Short circuit and 3. Coordination; Applying electrical codes on electrical design, such as NEC, NFPA79, NFPA70E, NOM Mexico, NTCRETIE Colombia NR Brazil; and Supervising electrical constructions to ensure that the detailed electrical engineering is interpreted and implemented correctly. Requires four 4 years of experience in the automation field Designing and programming distributed process PLC Control systems from scratch using Schneider Electric M580 X80; Communication protocols for the following distributed controls systems ASi, Modbus TCP and Ethernet TCPIP; Programming GE Cimplicity SCADA Supervisory control and data acquisition system from scratch using classes and scripts; Configuring and setting up GE iHistorian and SQL Structured Query Language servers; and OT Systems configuring and setting up HyperV Servers, creating Virtual Machines and knowledge on IP addressing schemes. Requires four 4 years of experience in the electrical and automation fields Executing FAT Factory Acceptance Test for MCC Motor Control Center automation and electrical equipment or other related equipment, including at least the following tasks 600 VAC Voltage alternating current or 480 VAC measurements, IO Input Output Test, VFD Variable Frequency Drive commissioning, protection settings, safety circuit test; Commissioning Electrical and Control Systems and complete system validation fully debug prior handover to customer; and Designing electrical schematics, panel layouts and modifying plant layouts in AutoCad. Must be physically able to work around industrial facilities, to include heights, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending and entry of confined spaces, as necessary, to inspect equipment. Be oncall during and after business hours, and weekends to support emergency plant situations remotely up to 13 of the time. Requires 18 months experience with manufacturing or mechanical processes and equipment. Experience may be gained concurrently.
