AutoCAD Civil 3D;br 2. Civil engineering Land Development;br 3. Understanding of Municipal Agency City and or Counties codes and guidelinesbr 4. Design with compliance of municipal codes on plans;br 5. Fluid Dynamics Hydrology Hydraulics;br 6. Basic survey understanding;br 7. Project scheduling, cost and budget estimation;br 8. Coordinate with different discipline professionals during Schematic Design,br Design Development and Construction Documents phases of a project;br 9. Coordinate plan reviews with municipalities for construction permit; andbr 10. Successfully execute project process and closeout, review RFIs, Change orders,br and submittals on Construction Documents.
