Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or a related quantitative field, or foreign equivalent, plus five 5 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer. Alternatively, a Masters degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or a related quantitative field, or foreign equivalent, plus two 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer. Experience must include developing APIdriven services in a major language; gathering user research, modeling solutions and distilling the results to a wide audience and designing and implementing software products. Experience must include working with the following tools and technologies HTTP, gRPC, TCPIP and ContainersLXC. Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the US. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
