Experience must involve 2 years in the following Development of Reports and Customer specific enhancements in SAP HCM System for Payroll Time implementations using ABAP HRABAP; Design and customization of PMS Performance Management System in SAP ERP HCM using SAP Workflow, SAP Webdynpro, ABAP, HRABAP; Design and customize SAP ERP HCM for integration with SAP SuccessFactors Talent along with functional processes using SuccessFactors API, ABAP, HRABAP; Design and develop custom SAP payroll processes not supported by standard using ABAP, HRABAP; Design and develop custom Employee Central payroll processes and Integrations using SuccessFactors API, ABAP, HRABAP; Develop, customize and troubleshoot Integrations with SAP SuccessFactors using SAP Business Integration Builder, ABAP, HRABAP; Design and develop integrations from SAP SuccessFactors to third party using SAP CPI, ABAP SAP ERP HCM; Design, develop and implement Data Migration from SAP ERP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll; Lead technical integration workshops with SuccessFactors customers and contribute to SAP integration strategy with deep insight into Successfactors applications; and Provide technical expertise to customers on Data Migration Integrations with solution launch check.
