Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or closely related field and three 3 years of experience in position offered or as a Financial AnalystAssociate, Credit Risk Analyst in the Investment Banking Industry. Demonstrated experience must include Analyzing historical financial statements to look into past performance to predict future operating performance and generate free cash flow available to shareholders and debt holders. Using financial modeling to determine valuation range under Discounted Cash Flow Methods. Calculating and modeling future interest expense, mandatory debt repayments, leverage ratios, interest coverage ratios, and monitoring compliance with financial covenants. Building capital tables to summarize clients capital structure and liquidity position. Determining acquisition and sell prices for companies for buyside and sellside transactions. Analyzing financial statements and determining the impact of different operating and financing assumptions across the financial statements and models. Assessing different financing scenarios and tailor financing package proposal to clients during pitching stage. Forming, retaining and expanding relationships with management teams of different companies in the Industrials sector. Must have licensure in FINRA Series 79.
