EducationalExperiential Requirements Juris Doctor, Master of Laws, or foreign academic equivalent and three years of legal experience involving crossborder finance and capital markets transactions involving multiple countries within the Latin American region.br br Skill Requirementsbr Legal experience related to energy and infrastructure project financing, including experience with various publicprivate partnership schemes, various forms of availability payments, and the customary securitization or other financing structures for those payments.br Experience with a broad range of clients, including investment banks, multilaterals and other international development agencies, financial advisors, and corporate and sovereign clients.br Knowledge of civil law systems, including their principles and framework and the ability to assess their impact on financing transactions in the Latin American region.
