A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or related discipline and 7 years of experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing engineering. In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or related discipline followed by 10 years of progressively responsible experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing engineering.br Experience must includebr 1 5 years of experience in process improvements to largescale integrated automation solutions, such as pharmacy automation systems, complex material handling systems, high speed packaging lines, andor manufacturing lines.br 2 3 years of experience in electromechanical designs and integrated machine systems, ideally with pharmacy automation and MHE systems experience.br 3 Any amount of experience in experience in performance metrics, process improvement, Lean techniques, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.br 4 Any amount of experience in Statistical and data analysis support operational decisions using BI tools or highlevel languages like Python or R, with SQL knowledge for data wrangling.br 5 Any amount of experience in Simulation and optimization tools like FlexSim, SIMIO etc. for Discrete event simulation and warehouse simulation modeling.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
