Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in program management or relevant engineering role. In the alternative, employer will also accept a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus two 2 years of experience in program management or relevant engineering role.br br Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in at least 2 of the following Product Data Management PDM, Product lifecycle management PLM, Product Design Engineering, Release and manage BoM Bill Of Materials, ERP, or SAP Systems.br br Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in at least 2 of the following Cost Estimation and Modeling, ShouldCost modelling, Operations Management, Lean Design andor Engineering, or Lead Time Reduction.
