A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Business Administration, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in sales engineering, management consulting, or technical business development. In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Business Administration, or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in sales engineering, management consulting, or technical business development.br Experience must includebr 1. 2 years of business development experience in cloud, contact center or CRM technologies.br 2. 2 years of experience analyzing implementation options for onpremise, remote virtualized andor cloud IT Infrastructures.br 3. 2 years of experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.br 4. 2 years of experience devising and implementing KPIs across an organization.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
