In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Process Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, technical project management, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Process Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, technical project management, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Experience analyzing supply chain process and related systems to optimize for lowest endtoend cost; Project Management; Resource planning; Excel or JIRAbased tracking of project schedules and status; Dashboard development in Excel or Confluence; and PowerPoint to create executiveready presentations. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
