Masters degree in Business Administration or Management. Applicant must have five 5 years of experience in operations and system integration within the transportation industry. Handson experience with Electronic Toll Collection ETC and Automated Fare Collection AFC is required. Successful track record of system solutions by transforming, defining andbr executing strategic and innovative initiatives. Exceptional technical experience across a variety of engineering areas, including hardware management, system integration, software development, quality assurance, wireless technologies and embedded hardwaresoftware systems. Must have experience with software development of complex products or projects inbr regulated environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing. Strong business and technical acumen and ability to manage team, understand departments needs and drive business objectives. 25 travel required domestic, as needed. 40 hours per week 9am 5pm. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
