FROM H 11 Manage commissions to achieve the required profit budget.br Ensure the development of priority plans including risk mitigation, management controls critical success factors.br Direct process improvement to improve internal and client facing systems and processes, establishing new cost and project control tools, reporting and risk documents, and cost management templates and products.br Manage all related activities including ownership of ensuring that at all stages, client consultant communication, analysis cost advice are performed effectively.br Develop priority plans including risk mitigation through internal tools, make performance measurements via Key Performance Indicators KPI and appraisal documents, management controls and critical success factors based on company goals.br Take overall responsibility for end to end service delivery of commissions.br Act as the key client interface, ensure that objectives are met through the delivery of our agreed tasksKPIs valueadds.br Manage all phases of the CM process to a variety of Property sectors.br Advise on contracting and procurement strategy to the benefit of clients over a variety of industries and procurement routes and program level capital planning and reporting.br Prepare present Cost Reports.br Facilitate value engineering, risklifecycle costing exercises for the projects.br Ensure that Final Accounts are negotiated agreed in line with the project budgets clients goals.br Lead CM teams, ensuring effective efficient delivery on all accountabilities.br br Beneficiary has the equivalency of a US Bachelors degree in Construction Management Quantity Surveying emphasis received on 07021992 from University of Greenwich by education evaluation prepared by American Translation Evaluation Service dated 01242023. Beneficiary also meets and exceeds the employers experience requirement of 8 years after receiving the Bachelors degree on 07021992, with work experience at Davis Langdon nka AECOM full time, 40 hours per week as a Sr. Project Surveyor from 12061999 to 12312012 for a total of 13 years 26 days.
