Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or a closely related field. At least 2 years of experience working in private equity. Experience must include financial modeling, industry and company due diligence, and transaction execution. Experience must also include international capital markets including cross border transactions. Experience must include growth equity, leveraged buyouts, debt, mezzanine structures, and LBO modeling. Experience with financial transactions in the industrial, business and financial services, technology, and general consumer industries required.
