Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, and 2 years of experience in a finance role for investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or finance in an entrepreneurial environment. Experience must includebr br Legal formation, contract negotiations, hiring and employee management, supplier relationships and supply chain management, financing negotiations and bank relationships, marketing,br accounting and tax preparedness, financial forecasting and customer relations.br Evaluating and managing mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, operations and other strategic initiatives in the energy supply chain.br Financial modelling and accounting practices for budgeting, forecasting, performance evaluation and acquisitions.br Project management cross functionally across a variety of stakeholders legal, accounting, communications, operations, etc.br Managing investment process of acquisitions.br br Employer will accept a bachelors degree and 5 years in the skills listed in lieu of a masters degree and 2 years.
