In contrast, a Project Designer not only performs the duties of an Intern Architect but also is responsible for directly communicating and working with clients, researching building code and legal information for different projects, making decisions, and providing feedback on construction administration, helping the firm develop a better workflow to improve productivity. A Project Designer is indeed a more advanced, more responsible position than an Intern Architect. The proffered PERM job position is NOT substantially comparable to the qualifying job position of Intern Architect by 60 difference in duties. Indeed, the proffered PERM job position of a Project Designer and the qualifying job position of an Intern Architect listed at Section K.a. Job 1 are two different jobs.
