Masters Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, or Business Administration, plus three years of experience in position offered or a data analyst role.br br All required experience must have included developing data metrics using data mart or data warehouse for a health provider, health plan or accountable care organization; working with health care EMR or claims systems such as EpicClarity, eCW, Facets, Amisys, or similar systems; experience with New York State Medicaid and CMS Medicare regulations and related reporting requirements such as STARS, QARR, MMCOR, MEDS, RAPS and HEDIS; performing healthcare provider analytics related to revenue modeling, managed care contracting, population management, case management, clinical or financial decision support; working with SQL to develop and troubleshoot stored procedures and to develop adhoc scripts; and conducting data mining using tools like SQL, R, Python, SAS, JavaMapReduce, Aster.
