This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field and two years related experience. Must also have 24 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 Designing and building data pipelines for enterprise and RD data to enable a modern data architecture hosted on AWS. 2 Providing business and architectural context to show how the tools fit within the overall infrastructure and highperformance enterprise data architecture. 3 Refactoring legacy data systems to integrate with the next generation scientific data platforms using cloud technologies. 4 Implementing data quality standards and processes for emerging RD data classes. 5 Performing work using the following tools and technologies PostgreSQL, PLpgSQL, Business process Rules Engine, Java, Spring, Spring Boot Framework AWS Glue, Denodo, SQL Server, IntelliJ, Data grip, SQL, Shell Script, GIT, CICD, VCS, Putty, Vim, and Linux. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program. Must pass a background check and drug test before beginning employment.
