The required 60 months of management or supervisory experience that includes the following Supervision of machine installation and repair technicians; Coordination of machine startup and repair; Skills assessment and performance evaluation of subordinates; Scheduling technicians on their weekly missions through customer database system; Providing technical guidance on troubleshooting by utilizing prints, schematics, and manuals. Other requirement Approximately 30 national travel annually.
