The position requires, at a minimum, a Valid State of Washington medical license; Board Certification or Board Certification Eligibility in Family Medicine at time of hire; and completion of a threeyear Residency Program in Family Medicine. Applicants must also be willing to work at multiple work locations throughout Benton and Yakima counties in Washington State. Applicants with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience are acceptable.
