Must also have a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline and have, or be eligible to obtain, licensure as a registered professional engineer PE. Expertise areas of interest include, but are not limited to, sustainability in geotechnical engineering, reliabilitybased geotechnical design, offshore geotechnics, coastal resilience, computational geotechnics, physical modeling, geomechanics, geotechnics related to climate and extreme events and analysis and assessment of risk related to geohazards.
