The Employer will also accept any Engineer job title wherebr employee gained experience in the skills listed below.br br Two years of experience involving each of the following compiling andbr evaluating test data to determine appropriate limits for process and materialbr specifications; driving continuous improvement projects to reduce defects andbr particles on MEMS devices; developing and maintaining plasma and wet etch waferbr processes for etching MEMS beam structure; developing and improving antibr stiction coating processes for MEMS beams and maintenance of Molecular Vaporbr Deposition tool; disposition of production materials on hold including advancedbr bipolar, high speed complementary Bipolar, MEMS, Optical and BICMOS processes;br collaborating with design staff to develop new processes and ensurebr compatibility with current processing methods including GaN and Carbon Nanotubebr FETS; responding to customer client requests or events; and qualifying newbr tools for production, including documentation, training, and certification ofbr operators technicians. Must have solid oral, written, presentation, andbr communication skills to efficiently communicate and work across a globalbr organization where success is highly dependent on collaboration and effectivebr communication.
