A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline and two 2 years of experience in softwaresystems engineering or development. In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in softwaresystems engineering or development.br br Experience must includebr 1 2 years of experience building consumerfacing web applications, with emphasis on user interface and design; utilizing modern JavaScript libraries and tools including ES5, Ember, React, Redux; working with modern browser technologies such as HTML5 Video, crossorigin resource sharing policies, catching, HTML5 APIs for DOM selection and manipulation, or performance tracking and optimization; and enhancing and resolving crossbrowser capability issues.br 2 2 years of experience in utilizing modern JavaScript libraries and tools using either ES6 or Ember or React or Redux using Javascript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies;br 3 2 years of experience with software architecture fundamentals, including async programming, object oriented design, abstractions, software design and testing methodologies.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
