Juris Doctorate or foreign equivalent and at least four years of experience as an attorney practicing at a national or international law firm or inhouse legal department. Two 2 years of experience must involve Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; experience with litigation or litigation support, including reviewing and drafting pleadings and reviewing laws and regulations; communicating applicable requirements to business teams. Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
