Position requires industry experience in the following skills Information systems design and analysis; Experience designing and implementing webbased applications with .Net Framework and Mulesoft; ITIL Framework and Best Practices; Application Performance and Monitoring APM and Profiling tools; Diagram critical processes for a particular application integration; Create intermediate SQL, stored procedure SQL, SSIS, SSRS and Splunk queries, and utilize and create simple dashboards for support purposes; System engineering, objectoriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards; API standards for communicating and integration between applications; HTML, XML, and JSON; Software Development Life Cycle SDLC framework; Infrastructure and application components as they relate to a particular application and integration for a specific Line of Business and Program team; Knowledge of ServiceNow, ServiceNow dahsboards and UC4 automation tool; Understand workers compensation and commercial insurance industry for policy administration, claims processing and payments; and Electronic data interchanges, vendor integration and bureau and agency compliance.br br Special skills requirements enumerated in H14 may be attained through academic or industry experience. Any required proficiency andor skills pertaining to the applicants qualifications which are not listed explicitly at Section K Alien Work Experiencewere satisfied by the applicant through academic experience or are implicit within the context of the job duties previously performed by the applicant as set forth at Section K.
