Masters in Economics, Finance, or Management, plus two years of experience in position offered or as Senior Credit Manager or Senior Credit Analyst.br br All required experience must have included performing structuring, underwriting and portfolio management of complex transactions such as offshore wind financings, fund finance facilities across subscription lines and NAV facilities; performing structuring, underwriting and portfolio management of onshore wind, solar and other infrastructure assets e.g. airports, pipelines, trains; preparing and presenting credit proposals to senior credit committees for new transaction opportunities; evaluating due diligence reports in engineering, insurance, PPA contracts, and legal diligence in the renewable energy space; monitoring and reviewing distressed project finance credits, including performing rating analysis and executing amendment agreements; and structuring market leading structures with institutional clients by assessing credit and legal implications such as intercreditor and minority lender protections.
