Experience must include litigating claims worth over 100 million.br br Qualifications of the Foreign National As detailed in Section J, the foreign national possesses an LLM degree New York University School of Law, 2022 and an LLB degree from the University of Brasilia August 2012. He is eligible to be admitted to the New York State Bar. He sat for the New York State Bar Exam in 2022 and passed the Bar Exam and is awaiting admission. Additionally, he possesses six years of experience as a Law ClerkAssociate practicing in the area of investigations and whitecollar defense. Specifically, he was employed by Morrison Foerster as a Law Clerk from 03012022 through the present and as a Visiting International Attorney from 09162019 through 11302020. Further, he was employed as a Senior Associate with Maeda, Ayres Sarubbi Advogados in Brazil from 05012017 through 09012019 practicing in the area of investigations and whitecollar defense. His experience includes providing legal advice and support regarding aspects of Brazilian and Latin American anticorruption, money laundering, and fraud investigations and includes representing public and private companies in litigation cases involving commercialsecurities law, intellectual property, antitrust law and fraudwhite collar crime. His experience also includes litigating claims worth over 100 million. Accordingly, the foreign national meets the requirements for the job opportunity.br br Regarding Section H.12, please note that the employers requirements for the position are normal.
