Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field, PLUS 3 years of professional RPA experience.br br Must have Demonstrated professional experience in consulting or general accounting; Demonstrated enthusiasm for understanding complex business processes and performing under pressure; Demonstrated understanding of the concepts, best practices, and functions necessary to implement an RPA solution; Demonstrated experience with one or more RPA technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Win Automation, or Automation Anywhere; Demonstrated eagerness to learn, adopt, and leverage fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new paradigms to create value for the organization; Demonstrated analytical and proactive problemsolving skills in an IT context; Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary and fastpaced environment; Proven ability to be skeptical and ready to take initiative with continuous improvement mindset; Demonstrated experience with major Enterprise Resource Planning ERP systems; and Demonstrated ability to be detailedoriented and able to learn and work independently.
