Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience.br br In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.br br Must have at least one year of experience with each of the followingbr br Working with at least two of the following Oracle applications E Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Fusion Human Capital Management, andor Taleo technology solutions;br Designing and deploying technical components for successful Oracle Solutions such as RICE andor DBA;br Assisting to design and implement Oracle applicationsbased solutions and modules; andbr Configuring Oracle HCM software to meet technical requirements to develop client solution.br br Travel up to 80 is required.
