Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Tax or a related field and 6 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in an accounting, financial analysis or financial services environment. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Tax or a related field and 5 years of work experience in an accounting, financial analysis or financial services environment.br br Must have 5 years of experience monitoring and reporting on performance, quality and effectiveness of program services, including adherence to established KPIs, CPIs and other contractual obligations.br br Must have 5 years of experience coordinating with internal teams to develop detailed budgets and timelines for endtoend program activities.br br Must have 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.br br Must have 5 years of experience with data integration, information systems, data migration, and ETL extract, transform and load, including Informatica andor Python.br br Must have 3 years of experience with the Microsoft Power BI suite, including PowerPivot, Power Query, Power View and Power Map.br br Must have 3 years of experience establishing program governance structure, operating models, and transition transformationimplementation scope of services aligned to technology deployment.br br Must have 3 years of experience at a midsizedregional to large sizednational professional services firm, consulting firm, or public accounting firm.br br Must have 2 years of experience in robotics process automation software configuration, design, implementation and operation, including Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, PEGA, andor UiPath.br br Must have 2 years of experience with VBA and Alteryx.br br Must have 2 years of experience supervising teams consisting of at least 2 people on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.br br Must have project management certification, a CPA license andor Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher, or the ability to obtain within one year of hire or promotion.br br Travel required up to 40, including up to 5 international travel, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
