Continued from H.4 to H.10B Job requires a doctorate degree in education policy, public policy and administration or related field, and 5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related field.br br Must also have the following prior experiencebr 5 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, inclusive of working with large data sets, cleaning data, and analyzing both longitudinal data and realtime data;br 5 years of experience designing survey instruments, data management plans, and supporting program evaluations;br 5 years of experience with translation, data governance, data management, and visualization;br 2 years of demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases SQL;br 2 years of experience developing data dashboards, indices, and other innovative data tools;br 2 years of experience using statistical software for both qualitative e.g., MaxQDA, NVivo and quantitative data e.g., STATA, R, Python.
