Experience required with the following i seven years of experience with Oracle EBS Financials; ii experience setting up and supporting Oracle Payables, General Ledger, Cash Management and Fixed Assets; iii experience with technical skill sets to troubleshoot issues and provide IT development team information to resolve issues efficiently; iv experience running Oracle diagnostics and creating Oracle Support SRs and working with Oracle to resolve incidents; v experience using ticketing systems like Service Now to track and work incidents, service requests and enhancements; vi experience with incident management, problem management, change management and service requests and documentation; and vii experience with being responsible for all day to day activities supporting Oracle EBS suite business users as well as interfaces to third party applications.br br Note Because there is no primary experience requirement in the job offered, the Kellogg language is not required.
