Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management, Economics, or closely related field, plus 7 years of experience as a strategic sourcing manager in the banking industry.br br Four years of the required experience must have included planning, organizing, and managing multiple concurrent over 50 projects in the technology and data market categories; developing and implementing procurement plans with annual budgets exceeding 175 million; analyzing and optimizing the supply chain, including client need identification, request submission, market analysis, vendor negotiations, contract signing, purchase order release and invoice controls, and postdelivery of products and services; analyzing corporate finances, creating reports and dashboards, and conducting statistical definitions and data analytics to develop procurement plans, create and defend business cases, and forecast expected savings; knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and negotiation techniques; working with MS Office Suite Excel and PowerPoint, procurement reports applications such as ProcurementIQ, and sourcing platforms including SAP, ARIBA and Globality; and managing a team of at least four strategic sourcing professionals.br br Position requires 25 domestic and international travel. Remote work permitted approximately 60 of the time.
