Candidates must have at least a Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field and at least two years of professional experience working in lighting design within the architecture industry. Must have at least two years of experience completing all phases of project lighting design, including conception and design planning, design studies and testing, design documentation, project installation, and lighting controls programming. Must have at least two years of experience utilizing CAD software to create lighting design plans and developing sustainable, functional, and visually appealing lighting solutions for commercial and residential clients. Must have at least two years of experience performing lighting calculations, preparing construction mockups, and documenting lighting design via CAD layouts, lighting details, fixture schedules, and lighting control specifications. Must be proficient in AGi32, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, COMcheck, and DIALux. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
