Position requires a Bachelors degree in Law, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible U.S. business immigration law experience.br Experience must include a minimum ofbr 5 years of experience with filing employmentbased nonimmigrant visa petitions, immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications;br 3 years of experience with preparing PERM Labor Certification applications, including composing position descriptions, analyzing wage data and preparing prevailing wage requests, drafting and tracking labor market test advertisements, and submitting ETA Form 9089s;br 3 years of experience with developing responses to Department of Labor PERM audits and Department of Homeland Security Requests for Evidence;br 3 years of experience with analyzing immigration and visarelated eligibility issues to recommend strategies that ensure corporate and sponsored employee compliance;br 3 years of experience with translating advanced legal concepts into actionable strategies and communicating them to human resources and legal professionals; andbr 3 years of experience with leveraging technology to develop immigration process work flows, process maps, and automated tools to improve program efficiency.
