Design of experiment training or experience. Extensive experience in oral solid unit operations like WetDry Granulation, Compression, TabletCapsule Coating and Encapsulation. Experience leading risk assessment tools like FMEA. Ability to identify and analyze complex technical problems and implement innovative solutions. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams or external organizations. Strong initiative, problemsolving, attention to detail, ability to effectively organize and prioritize. Strong project management skills.
