Candidates must possess, at minimum, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related. All candidates must also possess knowledge, as evidenced by passing a basic technical proficiency test, of all four of the following subject matter areas 1 injection modeling including the materials used and process for qualifying new materials and components; 2 the design, development, and use of injection molded parts and components; 3 application and use of New Product Development NPD in manufacturing including the principles of design for manufacturability, fit of product into existing processes, ease of production, and use of product; and 4 SolidWorks and AutoCAD programs to design sheet metal parts and components. Note All candidates for all engineering positions at the company must pass a basic technical proficiency test. Candidates must also be willing to comply with the companys DrugFree and TobaccoFree policies.
