A Bachelors degree or the foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering plus five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a civil engineering occupation. The required experience must be progressively responsible and must include the followingbr br 5 years of experience working with land development andor public works design; 5 years of experience working with design techniques, tools and the principles associated with production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models; 5 years of experience working with CAD applications and use of GIS for exhibits; 2 years of experience providing client services including customer needs assessments and meeting quality control standards; and 1 year of management experience coordinating the work of other engineering designers. Must be a Registered Civil Engineer RCE also known as Professional Engineer PE license.br br Domestic travel required 5 of the time. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
