Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Management, Business Analytics or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.br br Experience andor education must includebr 1. Programming in SQL, R, or Python on large amounts of complex customer data in a relational database environment;br 2. Customer Relationship Management concepts;br 3. Building analyses to answer retail business;br 4. Ability to monitor longitudinal trends in data by designing, building, maintaining, and publishing metric dashboards;br 5. Statisticaldata science methods most commonly used in retail analyses including forecasting, AB testing, hypothesis testing, machine learning and prediction algorithms;br 6. Ability and familiarity to understand and operate in an Agile development team environment;br 7. Presentation of technical concepts to nontechnical audiences; andbr 8. Expertise in suite of office workflow and work management tools Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Power Point, Confluence, Sharepoint, and Asana project management.
