Juris Doctor degree or foreign equivalent. Must have two 2 years of experience in offered role or related role as a compliance lead. Experience must include development and deployment of the companys compliance program; providing support on investigations, best practices, training and awareness, and restricted party screening; providing legal guidance on supplychain, operations, environmental and competition law matters; and, providing support in restructuring, CapEx, commodities, transportation and logistics agreements.
