1 7 years of experience 5 years of experience when qualifying with a Masters degree demand planning process within Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.br 2 Experience with predictive and cognitive analytical abilities.br 3 Experience using PeopleSoft, JDE or other ERP statistical software packages.br 4 Experience working with demand managementforecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain issues.br 5 Experience with distribution requirements planning DRP and materials resource planning MRP functionality.br 6 Experience working with turn rates.br 7 Experience with key inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions, etc.br 8 Experience leading crossfunctionality teams.br 9 Experience managing end of life cycle and absolute inventory.br 10 Experience resolving long and short positions in inventory.br 11 Experience with process and procedures enhancement.br br 10 domestic travel required.br br Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.br br Employer will accept PreBachelors degree experience.
