Candidates must possess any experience or academic knowledge in the following computer drafting programs including SketchUp, CAD, and Revit that includes the implementation of Revit family groups into unit plans, elevations and section details, and the placement of unit plans, elevations and section details onto architectural sheets; building sustainability and efficiency, spatial programming and calculating and implementing Egress and Area Diagrams for multifamily housing projects; researching building codes for multifamily housing and materials based on the project, project type, and phase of the project; assisting in compiling information and drawings for drawing sets for permit submittal to Building Departments and other local Planning Departments; coordination of Consultants including Structural, MEP, Landscape, Civil, Interior Design, Acoustical, EBMS, and Water proofing for MultiFamily Housing to ensure a coordinated design is achieved.
