Six 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation working with client, investment and risk analytics concepts to maintain understanding of client and investment process; analyzing portfolio strategies and performance to facilitate portfolio construction; extracting and transforming large data sets using database technologies including SQL; performing adhoc analyses in response to market events, new business needs, or clients demands; generating actionable insights from underlying data through data exploration, manipulation, and analysis using data science technologies including Python and R; creating modeling, analytics and reporting for new trading strategies, investment book management, products, and clients; communicating with internal and external teams to prioritize, plan, and execute on projects; helping deliver solutions to investment and risk professionals; and setting strategy and direction for data, analytics, and technology initiatives including introducing new tools and partnerships. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in one of the above listed fields and four 4 years of experience in the above listed skills. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
