Experience must have included Recording accounting transactions to ensure applicable accounting regulations and administrative procedures are met including oversee the company accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition; Perform data, cost, and financial analysis to evaluate the actual performance also identify any financial risks and potential opportunities as well as identifying and developing cost savings and efficiency gains for the company; Lead the entire budget and business plan process to include obtaining accurate information from all departments, analyze and transforming in the proposed business plan, preparing the presentation in MS Powerpoint format and participate the Board meeting to help on the presentation and getting the final approval; Use of SAP ERP systems Enterprise Resource Planning to pull data to perform analysis, generate financial reports, review financial performance, and prepare budgets; CAPEX management and control; Working with walltowall business model and its unique policies and procedures to advise all Plant Managers in solving problems or doubts about controls logistic movements; Use of audit metrics to evaluate any financial risks and define remediation needed to ensure that facilities are following the corporate compliance; and Conduct the physical inventory count, organize and reorganize the warehouse to ensure all material are properly counted and control the age and heldware stock.
