A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration or related discipline and 3 years of experience in crossfunctional project management.br br In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration or related discipline and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in crossfunctional project management.br br Experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the followingbr 1. Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement projects.br 2. Customer Service or Operations.br 3. qualitativequantitative data and business modeling supporting business decisionmaking using Basic to Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, Access, Pivot Tables, and VLookUp.br 4. process mapping and process engineering.br 5. using both conventional and unconventional sources of data.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
