Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Research Analysis Associate, Advisory Consultant, Data Analytics Associate, or related position within financial services. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in the specified fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include Working in Finance, Treasury and Risk to support technology transition; Model Risk Management including full model lifecycle; Technology lifecycle including analysis, review, and oversight and Waterfall, Agile, Iterative Approach, Sprints approaches and methodologies; Project Reporting using Excel, Microsoft Project, Business Objects, Reporting Services, SQL; Data Management and Data Flows; Data Mining; Optimization and Simulation for Business Decisions; and Project management with focus on technology, including plan project delivery milestones and assessing business implications for each stage. Proof of full vaccination against COVID19 required prior to commencing employment.
