Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the followingbr 1. Developing business processes that increase the efficiency and impact of the Corporate Development function of a technology company.br 2. Financial modeling, including historical and projected cohort analysis, merger models, pro forma operating models, and public company exchange ratios relative ownership analysis.br 3. Valuation analysis, including precedent transactions, comparable company analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and costtobuild analysis. Experience with Fairness Opinion analyses and materials.br 4. MA transaction experience, including target company evaluation, transaction terms negotiation, crossfunctional due diligence, and postclose integration.br 5. Business due diligence to identify strengths and potential pain points for strategic and financial buyers.br br Telecommuting allowed for this position
