This position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Requires three 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or related role. Experience must include Conducting financial analysis, including supplydemand fundamentals, historicforecasted values, and charter rates. Analyzing complex transaction opportunities in performing and nonperforming situations across multiple jurisdictions. Liaising with deal counterparties in advancing deal negotiations, including discussion of term sheets, legal documentation and closing flow of funds. Building financial models, including DCF, LBO, and sumoftheparts.
