Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering and three 3 years of experience in equipment engineering involving diffusion in semiconductor industry. Experience to include three 3 years with 300mm Diffusion equipment TEL or KOKUSAI installation and design of equipment installation package; and three 3 years of experience coordinating with trades and OEMs throughout all phases of equipment installation. OR, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering and five 5 years of postbaccalaureate, progressive experience in equipment engineering involving diffusion in semiconductor industry. Experience to include three 3 years with 300mm Diffusion equipment TEL or KOKUSAI installation and design of equipment installation package; and three 3 years of experience coordinating with trades and OEMs throughout all phases of equipment installation.
